La Stanza Executive Suite
(The main La Stanza room may also be available for rent. Please call 920.423.3078. These rooms are NOT associated with the Timber Lounge.)
il Bar has an incredible new seating area for small groups, office offsites, clubs, and more! The La Stanza media room comfortably holds 8 and is can be reserved during any business hours. However, we will consider catering small events during off hours, if available. We ask for a minimum 48-hour notice. We’ll provide water pitchers for all events.
We offer a great technology package for a low price, too! As always, our WiFi is complimentary for all of our guests in both seating areas.
For-Profit organizations/companies: $75/first hour - INCLUDES $50 in beverage/food credit at il Bar Coffeehouse. Subsequent hours are $50/hour and includes the technology package (however, no additional beverage/food credit).
Non-Profit, Clubs, Friends, & Family: $10 per hour per person in beverages/food* (in lieu of a rental fee). MAX TWO HOURS. Our technology package is available for an additional $25/hour. EXCEPTION: There is a new $50.00 room rental fee for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays (see below).
Special Events: If you would like to host your Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, or another celebratory event in La Stanza Executive Suite, new in 2023 is a room rental fee of $50 for two hours if room is reserved on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday. This fee does NOT include food nor beverages. You CAN bring in your own cake. You can order a la carte or ask for our catering menu. NO outside food nor beverages are allowed without permission.
